About the Role:

Atlas is looking for a highly responsive Customer Support Representative to join our team full-time. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling all customer support requests across Discord, Email, and Intercom, ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered within 5 minutes or less. You will serve as the frontline of our customer experience, helping users navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, and maximize the benefits of using Atlas.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service. You must be comfortable working across multiple communication channels and responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support requests via Discord, Email, and Intercom within 5 minutes or less.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to users on maximizing the Atlas platform.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our AI-powered Shopify store builder and its features.
  • Log and track customer inquiries, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the development team to report bugs, feature requests, and common issues.
  • Continuously refine and improve the customer support process to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Be proactive in engaging with customers, anticipating potential questions and concerns before they arise.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or community management.
  • Experience working with support platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to high volumes of support requests.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce platforms, or AI-powered tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remain available for real-time customer support.
  • A strong internet connection and a reliable home office setup.

Compensation:

βœ… Target base salary of $20,000 - $30,000

What Your First 90 Days Will Look Like:

  • Within 30 Days: Learn the ins and outs of the Atlas platform and support tools. Start handling customer inquiries with guidance from the team.
  • Within 60 Days: Take full ownership of support channels, responding to all requests within 5 minutes. Begin identifying common customer issues and proposing solutions to improve processes.
  • Within 90 Days: Become a proactive support leader, improving customer satisfaction, identifying key pain points, and enhancing the efficiency of the support process.
